Sessions are person centered, and individualized. We will work together on creating goals that support your growth and progress. I offer specific mindfulness and somatic prompts and exercises rooted in self compassion to help improve self awareness, emotional regulation, focus and mood.

We can meet virtually for NY and OR clients. In person in my private office in NW Portland if you are an Oregon resident, or get outside in alternative settings such as hiking or walking. When requested, my sweet seven year old golden doodle can be part of our sessions.

My approach draws from somatic awareness, attachment theory, compassionate mindfulness, parts work, strength based, positive and depth psychology. I offer Solution-Focused Brief Therapies as well as long term care.

On my free time I enjoy, hiking, playing with my goldendoodle Sosuke, snowboarding, seeing live music, and spending time with family and friends.

At the moment I am not in network with insurance providers and fee is due at the end of each session. I provide superbills for out of network reimbursement.

A sliding scale for fees may be offered on a case by case basis.
